Creator Census ("we", "us", "the Service") provides public analytics for live streaming platforms and gaming. By using creatorcensus.com, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

• Creator Census is free to use. No paid features currently exist.
• You may browse all public data without creating an account.
• Creating an account enables additional features like favorites and personalized settings.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Accounts

• You can sign in via Twitch, Discord, Google, or email/password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• You can delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

Data Accuracy

• Creator Census provides analytics based on publicly available data from third-party platforms.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or real-time precision.
• Viewer counts, follower counts, and other metrics are sampled at regular intervals and may not reflect exact real-time values.
• YouTube data coverage is limited by API availability. See our About & Methodology page for details.

Intellectual Property

• Channel names, logos, and profile images belong to their respective creators and platforms.
• Game box art and metadata belong to their respective publishers.
• The Creator Census interface, analytics, and original content are owned by us.
• You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our aggregated analytics data without permission.

Prohibited Conduct

• Automated scraping or data harvesting beyond reasonable personal use
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or private data
• Using the service to harass, defame, or target any individual or creator
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures

Limitation of Liability

Creator Census is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate data, service downtime, or data loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
